Refund Policy
Effinity Solutions is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of activation.
- Any equipment provided must be returned in good condition.
- Refunds do not apply to add-ons, custom plans, or non-standard services.
